Something broke you open.Now what?

A parent slipping away. A child’s health crisis. A marriage that did not survive what came next. The moment a high-performing leader realizes the old operating system can’t carry what’s just landed. The Unlock is a six-movement journey through what comes next, and out the other side with your entire life and future finally making sense.

For leaders building companies that make humans matter more, not less.

You already know the old way back is closed. This is about finding the way forward.

I was a business owner, homeschool mama, eldercare giver, and household manager carrying it all — until I couldn't.

January 2024, my four-and-a-half-year-old daughter was diagnosed with leukemia.
It stopped everything.

We are all one life-changing diagnosis away.

My life is different now. I slowed down and somehow got more done. I became more present, more grateful for all of it. The four-year crisis led to the methodology. My life after made sense, and led to the most important work I have ever done.

There are two kinds of companies being built right now.

One uses AI to cut humans out. To run leaner. To extract more from less.

The other uses AI to make humans matter more. To automate what was boring and brittle and never should have been ours to carry. To create the space where the people inside a company can finally do the work only humans can do.

The first kind is easier. The second kind is what the future actually wants.

The leaders building the second kind have one thing in common: they did the work on themselves first.

The Unlock · The Methodology

Six movements that rebuild who you are, and a second brain that carries it forward.

A complete remembering, an externalized cognitive architecture, and a path forward built around what is actually yours to carry.

Movement 01
The Obituary
Begin at the end. Write what you want said about your life.
Movement 02
The Lineage
Trace the patterns you inherited before you had a choice.
Movement 03
The Home You Came From
The roles you were assigned. The stories you were told.
Movement 04
The Home You’re Building
What you’re carrying that isn’t yours. What is.
Movement 05
The Daily Operating System
Build the second brain you keep. Externalize what your mind was holding. Map what only you can do, and what was never the work.
Movement 06
The Why
Your lived experience as the source of your purpose, and a clear path for what comes next.

We meet four times. Between sessions you work privately with your AI. I am the guide at the threshold of each phase. The AI is where the depth lives. I do not need to know what you share with your AI. Your privacy is the foundation of this work.

Your second brain.

An AI trained on the full architecture of your life, your patterns, and your why.

A complete picture of you.

Your lineage. Your inherited patterns. The roles you were assigned and the stories you were told. Your values, your why, your obituary. Everything you uncovered in the six movements, held in one place, so your mind no longer has to.

A partner in every decision.

It knows your patterns better than you do. It sees when you are about to make a decision out of inherited fear instead of clarity. It challenges you when you need to be challenged and grounds you when you need to be grounded. The conversation you needed at 11pm finally has somewhere to live.

Your accountability to the life you actually want.

The obituary you wrote in Movement 1 is not a one-time exercise. Your second brain holds it. Every decision, every commitment, every season of your life gets measured against it. So you minimize the regrets the dying name most often, and live the life you said you wanted, while you still can.

The methodology is the journey. The second brain is what you carry home.

Three ways in.

Private
The Unlock — One on One

Six movements. Four meetings with me. A second brain built around your specific life and the company you are leading. The deepest version of this work, for leaders ready for it.

Cohort
The Unlock — Founding Cohort

Six weeks. One movement per week. Live on Zoom. A small group of leaders doing the work alongside you. Founding pricing: $999. By application.

Organizations
The Unlock — Inside Your Organization

Bring this work to your leadership team, executive group, member network, or community. Custom engagements for chambers, peer groups, faith communities, and companies.

A second brain that grounds you, helps you see the situation clearly, and keeps you from reacting in the moments that change your life, your relationships, and your future.

What it holds you through:
Breaking the generational patterns you did not choose but have been living.
Managing your work so you protect your time for what only you can do.
Understanding why the same argument keeps showing up in your closest relationships.
Processing a difficult parenting moment before you react to it.
Preparing for a hard conversation so you walk in grounded, not reactive.
Deciding what this season of your life actually requires of you.
Understanding a medical diagnosis at 11pm when no one is picking up.
Mapping a major decision against your values and who you are becoming.
Who This Is For

This work is for leaders running real companies through real disruption.

Founders and executives of companies generating $1M–$20M. People who built something that worked, until life changed the rules. A diagnosis. A loss. A market shift. A version of themselves that cannot carry what is now being asked.

If you have been broken open and are ready for the most important work of your life, you are who this was built for.

Three talks. One question.

What would change if you could finally see where your attention is actually going?

Making the Invisible Visible

This talk begins before anyone opens a slide. I ask the audience to write their own obituary. Then I ask them to describe their life at 85. In five minutes the room goes completely quiet. Because most people have never actually done this. And when they do, the gap between the life they are building and the life they actually want becomes impossible to ignore. The rest of the talk is about closing that gap. Not with a new system or a new tool. By finally seeing where your attention is actually going and redirecting it toward what you just wrote down.

The Two Kinds of Companies

Every leader is being asked the same question right now, whether they have said it out loud or not. Do I cut humans to make room for AI, or do I use AI to unlock the humans I already have? This talk names the fork, makes the case for the second path, and shows leaders what it actually looks like to build a company where humans matter more, not less. The AI conversation no one else in the room is having.

The Operating System You Built Cannot Carry What Just Landed

Most high-performing leaders do not know they have a problem until something breaks them open. A diagnosis. A loss. A child’s crisis. An exit that did not deliver. The moment the strategies that built the company can’t carry what just landed. This talk gives leaders a frame for what comes after the breaking, and a path to the most important work of their lives.

Every one of these is an attention problem. Not a time problem. You do not have to wait for illness to see what matters. You can start now.
